Job Description |
- Role and Responsibilities
- - Establish management paper and documents
- - Establish and maintain important paper and administration records
- - Available to go to government offices etc.
- - Manage schedules and deadlines
- - Assists with the organization of the staff social events, Awards
- - To manage the office work area keep clean all the time
- - Meets government departments and officials for regulatory issues
- - Monthly can go to the SSB office, MTO-2, Tax Office and Bank
- - Update & Record the Employee Information

Requirements |
- Minimum Bachelor degree
- Prefer Certificate in Accounting or Finance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office ( Excel, PowerPoint and Word ) and Email
- Knowledge of government offices
- Knowledge of routine administration, strong personality, good interpersonal and communication skills
- A methodical approach and problem solving skills
- Responsible, Reliable, Active and Confident
- Most importantly, enjoys working together as a team
